"GolTeran is a very popular traditional village circle-and-capture game historically played outdoors on the ground with stones and marbles. This software represents an authentic digital recreation developed from childhood heritage and ancestral memory."

The core mechanics of GolTeran reflect authentic circular board capturing rules:

• Turn-Based Placement & Movement: Two players place and navigate marbles/pebbles along connected radial and perimeter paths.
• Jump & Capture Mechanics: Captures occur by hopping over opposing pieces into adjacent empty nodes according to village folk rules.
• Preservation Objective: The project preserves traditional intangible cultural heritage in an accessible digital medium for future generations.

The developer declares the following data protection principles:

• Zero Personal Data Collection: No user names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or device identifiers are collected or transmitted to external servers.
• Local Storage Only: Player progress, high scores, coins, unlocked board themes, and settings are saved locally on the user's device using standard Web Storage APIs (localStorage).
